Kraft Azalea Gardens Elopement / Chelsea and John / Winter Park Wedding Photographer

Chelsea initially reached out to me to do announcement photos because she and her fiancĂ© John were expecting a baby! We planned an awesome beach session in New Smyrna Beach and had a blast working together. So it was super exciting when she reached out to me to photograph her Kraft Azalea Gardens Elopement!! I’ve had sessions at Kraft Azalea Gardens a few times and it’s a gorgeous park with stunning trees and gardens. The perfect place to say “I do”!! Chelsea’s dad walked her down the aisle to John, and his face of excitement when seeing her was priceless! They had a sweet and intimate ceremony, followed by gorgeous portraits in the park.

If you are engaged and thinking about an elopement or intimate ceremony here, I’d highly recommend it!! A few things to think about though is time of year and time of day. It’s a very popular park and can get extremely busy during peak season and at sunset. Chelsea and John opted for a ceremony about 2 hours before sunset in February and it was absolutely perfect. Not too many people out and a great time of year for weather and sunsets. The park is lakeside, and usually the sunset is on the lake which creates incredible golden hour light and gorgeous views on the water. The perfect backdrop for a wedding ceremony in my opinion!
