Maitland Art Center Elopement / Abby and Michael

It was a beautiful sunny morning in Orlando when I met up with Michael and Abby for their Maitland Art Center Elopement. They said their vows earlier in the morning with an intimate ceremony and just a few family members. Then I met up with them afterwards to explore the Art Center and take some awesome “just married” bridal portraits! We took engagement photos together about a year prior, so it was great to see them again! I always recommend taking engagement photos because it is a great opportunity to interact together in front of the camera together as a couple before your wedding portraits. It’s also great because then you have professional photos together in normal clothes! Such a bonus to have normal photos in addition to gorgeous wedding images! They were naturals in front of the camera and looked absolutely stunning! Abby and Michael are so sweet and down-to-earth, and so much fun to photograph.

There are two main areas that make up the Maitland Art Center. One side is brighter with white walls and a lot of blue and other bright color. There is also open grassy space a cute pond. We spent most of our time in this area since it fit a bit more with the style that Abby was looking for. The outside of the Art Center is gorgeous as well, and we captured some wide portraits that really emphasized the beauty of them within the space! We did so much exploring and achieved a lot of variety in our portraits. Something I’m always aiming for.
