Orlando Graduation Photographer

NOW BOOKING SPRING 2025 GRADS!

Orlando Graduation Photographer for the Graduates of UCF, Rollins, Full Sail, Stetson, Barry Law, & other Central Florida Colleges

Hi, I’m Alicia!

I graduated UCF with a Bachelor’s in Photography, so I know how important and exciting this season of life is for you! Being a UCF graduation photographer is an amazing job. I love giving soon-to-be graduates a fun and unique experience capturing all the amazing achievements of the last few years. College graduation photos aren’t just about commemorating a degree; they also celebrate your personal growth, new & lifelong friendships, and the experiences that shaped your college journey. Whether you’re completing undergrad or your PhD, it’s time to CELEBRATE!! It wasn’t easy and you deserve to have those accomplishments captured, and shared.

I can’t wait to hear from you and start planning your awesome graduation photoshoot!

The Experience

If you want to feel confident, look great, and have fun during your graduation photoshoot, then I’m your girl! We will talk ahead of time about your vision, style & expectations so that we are on the same page. Knowing these things and sharing any inspiration with me, will help me guide you into flattering poses and angles that you feel comfortable and confident in! And I’m always paying attention to the details! People in the background? Chords aren’t even? Stray Hairs? No worries at all, I’m always looking out for the little things that may need to be adjusted. My ultimate goal is for you to have an enjoyable and stress free experience, celebrating all that you’ve accomplished the last few years, while creating awesome photos to remember it by!

01. Get In Touch

Inquire with me below! If you are ready to book your session, inquire through the link to the Grad Session Proposal of Services to immediately choose your package and session date. OR get in touch using the contact form below if you want to chat first.

02. Choose a Date

Next we’ll talk over the details and I’ll answer any questions if you have them! You’ll submit your preferred session date via the Grad Session Proposal of Services or directly through the booking link after we’ve chatted.

03. Sign and Pay

After submitting your session date, I’ll email you an online contract to review and sign. A $200 retainer payment will be due at the time of signing to secure your date. That’s it, we are officially booked! The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

04. Plan the Session

Once your are booked, I’ll send over the Graduation Photo Session Prep Guide! It’s full of all the info and tips to prepare and plan for a great session. I will reach out to you 2-3 days before to go over last minute details, but you are always welcome to reach out to me at any time with questions or ideas!

FAQs

It depends on when you’ve scheduled your session. I guarantee you will have your photos back 3 weeks after your session! So if you’ve scheduled for more than 3 weeks before, then yes you will have them in time! I edit photo sessions in the order that they occurred. If you have scheduled your session for less than 3 weeks (but more than 4 days) from graduation, and still want your photos in time, I offer 4-day expedited editing. Just select it as an add-on when choosing your package. It can also be added to your package at any time if you change your mind later on!

It truly depends. I suggest finding out when you will receive your regalia, and booking your session for right after you receive it! The earlier you schedule your shoot for, the earlier you will receive your photos back. As the days get closer to commencement ceremonies campus gets busier and busier with other graduates taking photos, so the earlier you schedule your session the less crowds we’ll encounter.

Of course!! Once you’ve officially booked your session, I will send you the Grad Photo Session Prep Guide. It will outline all the details you’ll need to prep for your session. Tips on what to wear and what to bring, tips to make things go smoothly and efficiently, and anything else you will need to know! We will also be in regular communication leading up to the session so feel free to ask any questions at any time.

Of course! Champagne, Biodegradable confetti, UCF Attire, Athletic Items, and even inflatables are so much fun to use during your session. I always provide a bottle of champagne for you to pop. Any other props you’d like are your responsibility to bring. If you are using confetti, please consider biodegradable confetti. If you are bringing an inflatable, please make sure it’s set up and ready to be used when you arrive.

You are more than welcome to include whoever you’d like in your session! Just be sure to think about how much time you’d like to spend taking individual photos of yourself vs photos with friends and family. If you want to take a good variety of images with different people OR you want to share the session with your partner/friend, I’d recommend booking at least a 90 minute session so that there is plenty of time to capture everything!

If you’d like to reschedule your session, you may do so once. Just let me know and I will provide you with my most recent availability to choose a new date. If you’d like to reschedule for a second time, there will be a 30% rescheduling fee to account for holding the first two dates and turning away other business. Rescheduling due to bad weather, sickness, or any other extreme situation (within reason), the fee, if applicable, will be waived.

I’m always hoping for clear skies and sunshine, but unfortunately this is Florida and things can be unpredictable. I am constantly checking the weather and if I have any concerns for rain or storms, I’ll be in touch to go over our options. There is no rescheduling fee if we end up having to push our session due to bad weather. Since the weather is always changing around here I always recommend waiting 12-24 hours beforehand to make any final decisions, if we are able to. If we do get rained out, we’ll find the next mutually available time to reschedule! If we can’t find a time that works for us to reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund or a credit for a future photo session. If you are a Spring or Summer graduate, I always encourage booking a morning session because afternoon storms usually start around April. So we’ll be more likely to have good weather in the morning.
