My Approach

You’re looking for more than just the typical “stand here and smile” type of photoshoot.

You want an Orlando engagement photographer who will provide a memorable and engaging experience that will allow your whole personality to shine through in your images! You’re looking for the traditional and classy poses to print and hang on the wall, but you also want the images that are light hearted, and tell a story of the laughter and love you share with your loved ones, and that’s what I’m all about!

  • You and your fiancĂ© can get comfortable in front of the camera, become familiar with posing together and ease any nerves. Zero pressure or expectations.
  • We’ll get to know each other without having to worry about a tight timeline. We’ll spend so much time together on wedding day that it’s important we know how to work together already!
  • Awesome photos to use for save the dates, your wedding website and to display at the wedding. It’s also great to have photos of yourselves in a casual setting and not in your wedding attire.

When we’ve nailed down the details I will email you an online service agreement that we both sign. At that time a $200 non-refundable retainer fee will be due to officially book and reserve your session date!

For all sessions, I recommend booking 4-8 weeks ahead of when you would like to shoot. This ensures we have plenty of time to plan and there is plenty of availability for us to work with.

For engagement sessions, I recommend scheduling your shoot for 10-11 months before your wedding so you have plenty of time to send your save the dates!

Sessions are typically scheduled for the evening or the early morning. The light is most flattering at these times of day and it’s not as hot out, making our session much more enjoyable.

Two weeks after our session I will email you a link to your online gallery. Your gallery hosts your images online and access is guaranteed for at least one year! From within the gallery it’s super easy to download to a computer or phone, share with family, create favorites folders, share to social media and order prints!

If there is bad weather on the day of our session we can reschedule or postpone with no rescheduling fees! My typical policy is to postpone our session if there is more than a 50% chance of storms at the time of our shoot. That being said, since the weather here in Florida is so unpredictable sometimes, I always encourage waiting until the night before or the morning of the session (or about 12 hrs before) to determine if we’ll need to postpone, so flexibility is always appreciated! I’m constantly checking the weather on the days leading up to our shoot, so I will be in communication with you if it looks like we’ll need to keep an eye on it.

If your evening session is scheduled during the summer and we have to postpone due to weather, consider rescheduling for a morning session to beat the afternoon storms!
