The Experience
You want an Orlando engagement photographer who will provide a memorable and engaging experience. Throughout the entire process, I’m here to make you feel comfortable, confident, and completely at ease in front of the camera. When we get together for your photo session, you can expect a balance of specific and precise posing guidance, so you always know where to put your hands, mixed with playful prompts and cues to encourage candid energy and laughter. I’ve learned that this mix of posing direction allows us to capture both the classic “smiling at the camera” photos, as well as the fun, candid shots that bring out your personality and connection with one another.
I will show up to our session with fun, exciting, yet laid-back energy. I don’t take things too seriously, which allows me to create a no-pressure atmosphere where you can have fun, be yourselves, and truly enjoy the experience. And by the end of it, you’ll go home with a gallery full of photos you are obsessed with!

FAQs
How do I book a photo session?
Get in touch with me by clicking HERE, clicking the contact button at the top of the page, or emailing me directly (photography@aliciafrost.com)! Share your ideal timeframe and your ideas and vision with me, and you can expect to hear back within 48hrs. Once we decide the who/what/where/when and answer questions on both sides, I’ll email you a link to your online contract and invoice to review and sign. A $200 non-refundable retainer is due at contract signing to secure your date. Once payment is received, you’re all set and will receive a confirmation email with next steps!
When should I schedule my session for?
I recommend booking 4-8 weeks ahead of when you would like your session to take place. This ensures there is plenty of availability for us to work with, and enough time to plan and prep. For engagement sessions, I recommend scheduling your session for 10-11 months before your wedding so you have plenty of time to send your save the dates! If you are wanting to schedule a session for April or November, I encourage reaching out extra early. These months book the quickest and availability quickly becomes limited. That being said, please reach out even if it’s last minute, I always have last minute openings that might just work out!!
What if it rains?
I’m always hoping for clear blue skies, but unfortunately this is Florida and that isn’t always the case. I keep a close eye on the forecast and will reach out if rain or storms are expected so we can discuss options. There’s no rescheduling fee if we need to move your session due to weather. Since conditions can change quickly, I recommend waiting 12–24 hours before we make a final call, when possible. If we get rained out, we’ll find the next mutually available time to reschedule, or you can receive a full refund or credit for a future session. For sessions taking place May-August, I recommend morning sessions since afternoon storms make rain more likely in the evenings.
Will you help me plan? What should I wear?
Once your session is officially booked, I’m here to help with all the planning! I have tons of location recommendations, tips and tricks, and advice for preparing for your session, so feel free to send me your thoughts or questions anytime. We’ll chat a few days before hand to go over the details, and I’m always happy to help in the meantime! My biggest advice for what to wear is to focus on choosing something you feel confident in and can move around comfortably in. Plan outfits that coordinate or go together, rather than perfectly match, and make sure your outfits fit the vibe of your location. Heels and a little black dress may be perfect for downtown, but could feel out of place at the beach or a woodsy park. And feel free to send me your outfits ahead of time if you need help!
How and when will I receive my photos?
Two weeks after our session I will email you a link to your online gallery. From within the online gallery you can download your photos to a computer or phone, share with family, create favorites folders, share to social media and order prints! Full download details and a print coupon are included in your gallery email. If you would like your photos sooner, I offer 3 day expedited editing that you can add at any time!
What is your reschedule policy?
If you’d like to reschedule your session, you may do so once. Just let me know and I’ll send over my current availability. If you need to reschedule a second time, there’s a 30% rescheduling fee to account for holding the first two dates and turning away other bookings. That said, if we need to move your session due to weather, illness, or another unexpected circumstance, the fee, if applicable, will be waived.
